We ship our products to Canada, the United States and Worldwide.

We ship our products using Canada Post and calculate our shipping rate based on the total weight of the merchandise you are ordering and the rate is calculated using Canada the Post Shipping Rate Calculator. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipment of your order.

RETURN POLICY

Hippy Grandma stands behind our merchandise 100%. Although highly unlikely, if you are not happy with your selection, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All sales are final on any special order items. No return or exchange can be offered on these type of items.

All items returned must be in the same condition that they were shipped, undamaged and unused.
